Supported PCMs

PCM Hammer supports a few families of General Motors' Powertrain Control Modules.

P01 and P59

These were used in several General Motors vehicles from 1999-2007 that had V8 engines from the LS family.

P04

Primarily used in front-wheel drive (FWD) V6 vehicles from approximately 1999 to 2005. It was most commonly paired with the 3.1L, 3.4L, and 3.8L engines.

Chevrolet: Impala, Monte Carlo, Lumina, and Venture.

Pontiac: Grand Prix, Montana, and Bonneville.

Buick: Century, LeSabre, Regal, Rendezvous, and LaCrosse.

Oldsmobile: Alero, Intrigue, and Silhouette

P05

Used primarily in mid-2000s front-wheel-drive (FWD) vehicles equipped with 3.4L, 3.5L, and 3.8L V6 engines.

2004–2008 Pontiac Grand Prix: 3.8L (L26) and 3.8L Supercharged (L32) engines.

2005 Chevrolet Equinox: 3.4L (LNJ) engine.

2005 Chevrolet Malibu & Malibu Maxx: 3.5L (LX9) engine.

2005 Pontiac G6: 3.5L (LX9) engine.

2006–2009 Buick LaCrosse / Allure: 3.8L (L26) engine.

P08

Used to manage 2.2L (L43/LN2) and 2.4L (LD9) naturally aspirated, non-Ecotec four-cylinder engines in late-1990s and early-2000s GM vehicles.
